This website is operated by Flower Elegance. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

Products and orders

All arrangements are made fresh to order. Photos are representative: because flowers are seasonal and natural, an individual bloom may be substituted for a similar variety of equal or greater value while preserving the overall look, size, and feel of the design. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Delivery fees are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within 10 miles of our West LA studio for orders placed by 3:00 PM; scheduled deliveries are available across Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside counties. Delivery times are estimates. Providing an accurate address and a reachable recipient phone number is the customer's responsibility; see our Refund Policy for what happens when delivery fails.

Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be returned. Our freshness guarantee and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property, acceptable use, liability

All site content is owned by Flower Elegance and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
